Special ingawa (Spanish mackeral?)
Yuumm!! It’s on the secret menu of the sushi maru in japantown of San Jose. Only the female Japanese chef would know here! It’s slightly torched so it is warm. Deliciousss.
My stomach hurts from eatingggg. I had monk fish liver, sea urchin, and a bunch of other secret menu dishes. I think this one is my favorite though!
